I ordered two pairs of the most beautiful sandals, so gorgeous and well-made but unfortunately they were a bit too big. Since I don’t live in Florida I decided to call the store and chatted with wonderful Mila and asked to help me. Those shoes were final sale, however, Mila was able to make an exception for me, and she was so sweet and helpful. I will be definitely shopping with Schutz again.

Had a great experience! Mila helped me place my order over the phone, was very knowledgeable about the fitting of various styles, and I ended up loving the shoes I ordered without even trying them on! Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience at the Schutz boutique with the store manager Mila! She took the time to understand our style and budget, and was incredibly attentive and accommodating. Even when the shoes we wanted weren't in stock, she miraculously made it happen and we received them on time for the event we were attending. We also had a beautiful interaction with Mila, it was easy to communicate, she is so fun to talk to! We'll definitely be back!

SHUTZ is one of the best shoe stores that my cousin's and I've seen in a long time. Their staff is courteous and hospitable. My cousin's loved the merchandise and staff. They said that they'll definitely go back to SHUTZ. Grade is A+ ! ! ! !
